As winners of the Federation Cup in 2006, the Gulf Clubs Championship in 2007, the Etisalat Cup in 2009-2010, and as champions of the Arabian Gulf League in 2011 and 2017 and President’s Cup holders in 2011, 2012 and 2016, Al Jazira Club has earned an outstanding reputation for athletic achievement that goes even beyond the success of its legendary football franchise.

In addition to boasting the iconic 42,000-seat Mohammed Bin Zayed Stadium, our extended facilities host a variety of local sports activities from basketball and volleyball league play to swimming and judo lessons for the family, as part of our mandate to serve as a welcoming community sports hub.

Our unique focus on youth development has put us at the forefront of the country’s talent pipeline with an unmatched pedigree of young football stars emerging from our Al Jazira Academy, which includes the UAE’s leading national team scorer, Ali Mabkhout.

Through our Jazrawi Juniors program, we seek to further grow our youth community and instill in them the same values of sport and spirit that have helped us become “The Pride of Abu Dhabi.”
